Today, at the conclusion of the National Trade Union Forum “Social Synergy,” we, the representatives of trade union organizations from all branches of the national economy, members of the National Trade Union Confederation of Moldova,

Acknowledging the current context in which workers’ rights and interests are often subordinated to economic interests, and the role of trade unions in maintaining social balance is frequently underestimated,

Emphasizing the crucial importance of constructive, responsible social dialogue, and the collective action of all stakeholders for the benefit of the country’s citizens,

Reaffirming our commitment to the principles of freedom, fairness, independence, and solidarity, which are essential for developing social democracy and the rule of law,

Recognizing that only through unity and solidarity can we ensure that our voices are heard and make a meaningful contribution to shaping a sustainable future, one that trade union members are striving towards,

We declare that trade unions are active partners in the development of economic and social policies that promote not only the well-being of workers but also economic prosperity. We will act decisively, objectively, and constructively to help ensure social justice and uphold the dignity of work.

We pledge to defend the freedom of association and the fundamental rights of employees, including their right to form trade unions.

We commit to further developing and strengthening the national trade union movement, enhancing the professionalism of union members, and fostering unity and solidarity.

We call upon our social partners—Government, Employers, and civil society organizations—to engage in responsible dialogue and collaborative action, grounded in trust and respect, to implement balanced and sustainable solutions.

We call for the continued development of the Republic of Moldova through unity and social synergy!
