Strengthening the communication capacities of CNSM and its affiliated federations in order to plan strategically coherent communication campaigns that support organizational objectives is the overall objective of the training seminar “Branding, Campaigns and Advocacy”, organized on 25-26 September 2024 at the premises of the Institute of Labour.
At the opening of the activity, Igor Zubcu, President of the CNSM, emphasized that the topic addressed is an extremely important one in order to develop new approaches in the field of communication, branding, which will support the transformation processes for the entire trade union movement in the Republic of Moldova, for a more secure future of work for employees, union members.
Together with the seminar’s trainer, Danish expert Flemming Andersen, senior advisor at the Danish Trade Union Development Agency (DTDA), trade unionists address various topical issues in order to plan communication campaigns.
As a result of participating in this seminar, organizing and information officers from the CNSM and national branch trade union centres will develop new skills in conducting branding and advocacy activities, organizing information and awareness campaigns, developing action plans in the field of information, developing communication strategies for trade union organizations, including supporting young professionals by identifying the issues they face and developing new communication strategies relevant to young people.
Through interactive activities, trade unionists will discuss the identification of key elements supporting the trade union youth initiative, reflect on the most important issues for the trade union movement in Moldova, including the prioritization of thematic campaigns, for a better understanding and application of knowledge on strengthening the image of the trade union institution, familiarization with current communication techniques and tools.
This seminar is organized by CNSM with the support of the Danish Trade Union Development Agency and New Democracy Fund.
